Making Studio

The Making Studio will be open daily alongside the current exhibition People’s Art. Bursting with supplies, it provides the perfect space for families to get creative and reflect on the themes of the exhibition.
On Saturdays, visitors will be joined by a member of the Harley team, who will be on hand to demonstrate new skills and techniques for free. Activities will range from crafting with clay to learning how to emboss metal.

Harley Young Artists: Sand Casting with Laura Baxter

For ages 11 to 16, this workshop offers the opportunity to work with professional artist Laura Baxter and learn the technique of sand casting using found materials and molten pewter.
