Model transport enthusiasts are in for a treat as The Crossing Church and Centre in Worksop hosts the Spring Model Transport Exhibition on Saturday 15th March, from 10.00am to 4.00pm, supported by the Model Bus Federation.
The exhibition promises a fascinating display of model transport, showcasing intricate layouts and impressive miniature recreations. Entry is priced at £5.00 for adults and £1.00 for children, making it an affordable day out for all ages.
Visitors to The Crossing can also take the opportunity to explore the centre’s various clubs and activities. Singing with Dementia will take place on Wednesday 26th March at 2.00pm, offering a welcoming space for all to enjoy music and companionship.
The café at The Crossing remains a popular meeting place, open on Wednesdays from 10.00am to 2.00pm with support from North Notts College students, and on Friday mornings from 10.00am to 12.00pm, providing an opportunity for a friendly chat with volunteers.
