Pies, Peas and Performances presents The Jon Palmer Trio on Saturday 20th April at St Saviour’s Community Centre, Retford. Doors open at 6.30pm for pies, with the show starting at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £15.00 and are available from Wonderland Bookshop or from www.wegottickets.com.
The Jon Palmer Trio is a reduced version of the award-winning Jon Palmer Acoustic Band. Half the size in fact, but with the same energy, enthusiasm, and commitment.
Featuring Jon on vocals and guitars, Wendy Ross (Magna Carta) on violin and vocals, and Lee Wellbrook on mandolins and vocals, you can expect plenty of songs from the band’s latest critically acclaimed album, Vacca Wall, a few new songs, and lots of the old bangers.
