Brighter Futures is a free Education, Employment and Training (EET) support service. They support people from the age of 16 living in the Rotherham borough, who may have barriers which could be preventing them accessing EET – or just simply don’t know what they want to do and what opportunities are out there.
They can also offer additional in-work support if the person is already in work and would like support to find a new career or role which is more suited to their needs.
Trained coaches will meet people out and about in the community at a place that suits them or will invite them into the training room at Lindum Terrace. They can support to develop or access the following:
- CVs
- Job applications
- Job search – interview skills
- Health and wellbeing support
- Training
- Volunteering
- College / education
- Financial budget, travel, interview clothes, work wear and PPE
- In work support

… and much more besides. For more information or to start accessing this support, email brighterfutures@rushhouse.co.uk, call 01709 369295 or visit www.rushhouse.co.uk.
