An afternoon of singing and music, for anyone whose life is affected by dementia, will be held at The Crossing Church and Centre, Worksop, on Wednesday 24th July at 2.15pm. This will be an event for anyone to attend, including carers and family. The event is free and is a non-ticketed event. Refreshments will also be available free of charge, thanks to the kind generosity of Morrisons supermarket.
The singing will be led by a local couple and will feature music from the 50s and 60s. It is hoped that this will be the start of future events of a similar nature. If you require further information, please contact Jean Roberts on 01909 475495.
