The walls of Thurcroft Church need all the paint stripping off but first problems with the roof must be sorted. They have been raising money for over three years. This year, they are holding a series of car boot sales on the following Saturdays from 9.00am to 11.30am, with all the proceeds to go to the Church Wall Fund.
Sales will be held on 27th April, 1st June, 10th August, 17th September, 19th October. Refreshments will be served. Everyone is welcome to browse round and see the condition of the walls.
