The Nottingham Symphonic Wind Orchestra (NSWO) concert called ‘Autumn Winds’ on Saturday 17th November, 7.30pm at The Crossing (Newcastle Street Worksop S80 2AN), will include some well-known items which include the Dukas ‘Sorcerer’s Apprentice’, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s ‘Phantom of the Opera’ and ‘Jupiter’ from Holst’s ‘The Planets’.
Conducted by the highly-respected Keiron Anderson, NSWO produce a sound which is pleasantly and fascinatingly different from a normally-structured orchestra and is well worth listening to.
