The Walks of Life Museum in Tuxford has the following events in November:
Saturday 12th November, 2.00pm: An Airman’s Story
Flight Lieutenant GA Guluszka came from Poland to help in the Second World War. Find out about his life in the war and afterwards. This is a free event with refreshments. Please book a place via Diane on 01777 872776 or email dianehunt08@btinternet.com.
Sunday 13th November, 9.00am: A Reflective Walk
Some of the museum friends are walking from the Museum to Ossington Airfield which was used in the Second World War. They will be leaving at 9.00am and this is a 12 mile circular route. You are welcome to join them or walk a short distance with them as part of the route as they return to the museum, where they will be paying tribute to those lost in war.
