On Saturday 8th December at 7.00pm, the Dukeries Community Band will be joined by the popular Major Oak Pop Choir for a Christmas concert at the Dukeries Academy. Tickets are £6.00 each and proceeds will go to the Nottingham Children’s Hospital Big Appeal and the Trussell Trust. The programme will be a mixture of well-known Christmas music and popular songs as well as some carols for everyone to sing. The Band and Choir are joining forces for the second occasion and they hope that you will come along to support them and the charities concerned.
