A new defibrillator donated to Walesby village

Mrs Jane Froggatt and family would like to say a big thank you to all family, friends, neighbours, Carpenters Arms (Walesby) and the White Hart (Ollerton Village) for their generosity in helping raise funds for the purchase and installation of an additional defibrillator for Walesby. In loving memory of a dear husband, dad and grandad, Alan Froggatt, a resident of Walesby Village, the defibrillator is a fitting tribute to one of life’s true gentlemen with a heart of gold.

A tremendous amount was raised by donations at Alan’s funeral and popular fundraisers locally.

The defibrillator has been commissioned and is ready for use. It is sited outside the Carpenters Arms (Walesby).
Everyone involved hopes to continue to raise funds for the maintenance of the defibrillator and towards the purchase of additional defibrillators for the local community, and to raise awareness of coronary heart disease (CHD). Any further donations would be gratefully received.
