TV’s Harry Gration to visit St Bartholomew’s

by | 11 October 2017 | Community Event, Rotherham

BBC News presenter Harry Gration is coming to St Bartholomew’s Church, Maltby on Friday 20th October.
The popular presenter is coming to help the church with its Roof Repair fund. Harry will give a talk about his life and career as a sports presenter and give an insight into his work at the BBC on Look North. After his talk, there will be an opportunity for the audience to ask him questions. The church committee is very grateful to Harry for giving his time to support their appeal.

Tickets will be sold in advance and on the door on the night. However, the event is expected to be very popular so it is advisable, if you are able, to buy tickets in advance. They can be bought via any member of the congregation; or in church on a Monday between 6.00pm and 7.00pm, and on a Tuesday in the church rooms between 10.00am and 12.00pm. Come for your tickets on Tuesday morning and be treated to a free coffee or tea and refreshments at the church’s Coffee and Company meetings.

The tickets will be £10.00 and will include entry for a free raffle to be drawn on the night and a lovely hot supper after Harry’s talk. It promises to be a great evening. Thanks again to Harry for giving his time to support the appeal.
