Rotherham Hospice has lots of events going on in the run up to Christmas, from fun festive fundraisers with Santa making a special appearance, to their touching Light Up A Life service of remembrance.
Tea with Santa at Rotherham Hospice
1st, 7th, 9th and 14th December
Santa will be coming for tea to Rotherham Hospice! Kids sit with Santa at his table, enjoying a yummy hot meal and dessert together. You’ll also have your photo taken with Santa and receive a gift to take home! Grown-ups are welcome too. There’s a delicious turkey baguette and mince pies for you (meat free options also available). Price: £20.00 per child, £10.00 per grown-up.
Christmas Fun Run, Clifton Park
Sunday 4th December
The Rotherham Hospice Christmas Fun Run is going to be a little different this year – they’re inviting participants to wear their own festive outfit to run, walk or roll around Clifton Park. They could be Santa, an elf, a reindeer, a whole Christmas tree or just wear a festive hat – anything they like! They’ll have some emergency festive outfits on stand-by on the day, but they can’t wait to see what our runners, walkers and rollers come up with!
Light Up A Life Services of Remembrance
8th and 10th December at Rotherham Hospice and Sunday 11th December at Rotherham Minster
The services are open to anyone who wishes to remember somebody, not just those whose loved one was cared for by the Hospice. They are an opportunity to come together and reflect on memories of loved ones through music, readings and lighting of candles. Pin badges and Stars of Remembrance are also available.

Why your support matters
Rotherham Hospice cares for families experiencing an end-of-life illness, both physically and emotionally. As a charity, Rotherham Hospice needs to raise £3 million each year to fund vital end-of-life services. They can’t do it without amazing supporters like you.
