The Service of Remembrance on Sunday 13th November will be a chance for residents to pay their respects to the men and women of Bramley from both World Wars and other conflicts. It is also a chance to give thanks to the many service personnel who have kept this country safe over the years.
There will be a service in St Francis Church at 10.00am conducted by Reverend John Hibbert. This will be followed at 10.45am by a parade to the War Memorial lead by Bramley Brass Band, where the names of the dead will be read out. Wreaths will be laid by civic leaders and representatives from village groups.
Everyone is welcome to St Francis Church after the service for light refreshments.
