The next meeting of the Wheatley Family Research Group will take place on Wednesday 13th October, at the Village Hall in South Wheatley starting at 2.00pm. They will be using the main meeting room for this meeting, so allowing tables to be spaced out more to facilitate social distancing. While the official restrictions have been lifted, measures are still in place at our meetings to ensure that we meet in a safe environment.
Wifi internet access is available for all. This meeting will be free of charge, so why not go along and see if they can help you get (re) started with researching your family history.
The next meeting of the Local History Group will take place on Monday 15th November starting at 10.00am, also at the Village Hall in South Wheatley. The speaker at this meeting will be Ann Featherstone, who will be talking about the singers and songs of the old time Music Hall.
Admission to this meeting is also free of charge, so this is a good opportunity for anyone to go along to see what they have to offer.
