Aurora Centre in Worksop supports anyone diagnosed with any type of cancer or living with a long-term health condition, this includes family members and carers.
Based in the Old Library Building on Memorial Avenue, the charity offers a wide range of services for people diagnosed with cancer and the local community. Local people with a cancer diagnosis receive a free package of support that includes six free beauty treatments or holistic therapies, and two free treatments for a nominated carer.
The centre’s professional beauticians work with the general public as well as people diagnosed with cancer to offer a wide range of beauty treatments. The general public utilising the many services available in the Aurora centre contribute much needed funds to help them to continue to provide the support services for people diagnosed with cancer.
