Scofton Midsummer Concert

A Midsummer Concert will be held to celebrate the refurbishment of the Hope-Jones Organ at St John’s Church, Scofton-with-Osberton (off the Retford to Worksop road). It will take place on Saturday 24th June at 7.30pm.

The organist for the evening will be Stephen Carey with Mark Cantrill — Vocals, James Fox — Organ / Keyboard and Jonathan Rider — Clarinet. Admission will be by ticket only. They cost £7.50 and are available from the Osberton Estate Office on 01909 472206, Roger and Anthea Moat on 01909 472324 and members of Scofton church. Tickets include refreshment — Strawberries and cream with homemade shortbread and Pimms — and proceeds will be in aid of The Lost Chord Charity.
