Bassetlaw Action Centre has launched a new Paperwork Partners service, offering one-to-one support for people who need help completing essential forms and applications. The service has been introduced in response to growing demand for practical assistance with benefits applications, housing forms, medical paperwork, Blue Badge applications and other important documents. Many people find official paperwork confusing or time-consuming, which can lead to delays, rejected applications and unnecessary stress.
Paperwork Partners aims to remove these barriers by helping clients complete and submit forms accurately, enabling them to access services and support more quickly. Victoria Mangnall, Service Advisor at Bassetlaw Action Centre, said: “We see first-hand the challenges many people face when dealing with complicated forms and paperwork. For some, it can be a significant source of anxiety and frustration. Our new Paperwork Partners service provides personalised support, helping people complete forms correctly and with confidence, while reducing delays and helping them access the support they need sooner.”
The service offers:
- One-to-one support with completing essential forms and applications
- Help to reduce errors that can lead to delays or rejected applications
- A quicker, appointment-based service by telephone or pre-booked session
- Support designed to save time and reduce the stress of completing complex paperwork
The introduction of a paid service will enable Bassetlaw Action Centre to meet increasing demand, expand the support available and ensure the long-term sustainability of the service while continuing to provide high-quality assistance to local residents.
All clients receive a no-obligation quotation before any work is undertaken, ensuring complete transparency before deciding whether to proceed.
