Anston Male Voice Choir are holding an open evening designed to allow male singers to experience how the choir works. This will be held on 23rd May, at 7.30pm and the choir seeks people in the reachable area of their practice venue, South Anston Methodist Church.

Attendees, along with existing choir members, will learn a complete song and be able to perform as a choir at the end of this two-hour session. Don’t worry, you’ll not be asked to sing a solo — unless you want to of course.

If you like the experience, you’ll be invited to more choir practices, with a view to becoming a member of the choir, which is in its 48th year. Members are active fundraisers for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice and Rotherham Hospice amongst others. To find out more call 01909 566402 or email
