‘The Screen’ at Retford Little Theatre is pleased to announce its next programme, ‘Season 8’. Starting with ‘Stan and Ollie’ and moving on to ‘Judy’ and, of course, ‘Downton Abbey’, it promises to be an exciting mix of films. Before that, however, on Friday 6th December ‘The Guernsey Literary Potato Peel Pie Society’ (PG) will be shown and on that occasion membership for the next season will be available to purchase at £18.00 — for six films.
If you are already a member you know what to do, but if not do by all means call 07504 717931 from four days before and go along for a fiver and also consider joining for the next season. Everyone is welcome to this most successful venture but remember that membership has to be restricted because of the size of the theatre and it has been taken up quickly in the past.
