Regular activities at Morton Village Hall are up and running after the summer break, so if you are looking for something to do why not join one of the activities on offer?

The next events organised by the Morton Feast Committee:
Halloween Afternoon
A fun afternoon for children on Saturday 21st October, starting at 2.30pm. Children’s entertainer Gemma Robinson will be providing fun and games, including a disco, for children 11 and under. Fancy dress is optional but there will be a prize for the most eye-catching Halloween effort, so why not give it a go? There will also be a pumpkin picture competition for the children to complete during the afternoon.
Hot dogs and drinks will be provided for the kids, and refreshments for the adults. All children must be accompanied by an adult. The afternoon finishes at 4.30pm. Only £3.50 per child. For tickets, please contact either Tracey on 07787 581896 or Jane on 07469 933224.
Halloween Evening
And then in the evening of 21st October at 7.30pm, a welcome return from local vocalist Smudge with music and dance from the 60s onwards. And why not join in the fun with a fancy dress outfit?
Tickets are £7.50, contact Tracey or Jane on the above numbers to book your ticket. Jacket potatoes with beans or cheese will be included but please remember to bring your own drinks, and some change for the raffle.
Quiz Night
The next Village Hall Quiz Night will be on 11th November, starting at 7.00pm. This is a very popular event so to be sure of your table please book early; contact Lucille on 07801 750682. Tickets cost £7.00 to include pie and pea supper, £3.00 if you don’t want food. Bring your own drinks as usual, and nibbles if you like too.
