Gainsborough and District Macmillan Support Christmas Fayre

by | 10 November 2018 | Community Event, Gainsborough

Last November Gainsborough and District Macmillan Support held a fabulous Christmas Fayre and raised an astonishing £2,064 for the charity. It was so good, we had to do it again. This year’s date is Wednesday 21st November, from 11.00am to 3.00pm. The venue is the Church and The Old Rectory at Gate Burton which make a stunning backdrop for the beautiful things on sale. We have the Jasmine Tree and the Spotted Dog returning from last year selling wonderful gift ideas for you and your home. We have a return visit from Redhill Farm, selling free range pork (my daughter loves their pork pies), test it thoroughly now and place your orders with them for Christmas while you are there.

We will have a wide range of other, locally based stalls, each with a different theme, Owls and Sunflowers were big last year and are making a return this year!

Come along, support your local businesses and craft makers and by doing so, support Macmillan Cancer Support too. Macmillan are providing refreshments throughout. It is November, so hot, homemade soup and rolls are the order of the day, Carrot and Coriander was the favourite last year, who knows what it will be this year?
A reminder of the day and time — Wednesday 21st November 11.00am to 3.00pm at Gate Burton — The Church and The Old Rectory.

We hope to see you and your friends and family there.
