Rotherham as a Minster Town has a lot to offer.
Founded in the Middle Ages its name originated from old English “Homestead on the Rother”.
Throughout its history it has marked it presence through its people, events and places.
The stories need to be told and we are inviting volunteers who are dedicated to inspiring locals and visitors to discover and appreciate the diverse stories of Rotherham by exploring its past in a friendly, confident, enthusiastic, and interesting manner.

Accessibility:Suitable for Motorised Scooter. No Steps
