Free birdwatching and wildlife walk with Gary Hobson

In this session, we’ll be walking a loop to Neatholme Lane Pits looking at waders, migrants and wildfowl.

Gary himself was a founding member of local group, Lound Bird Club, is currently a volunteer for NWT at the Idle Valley NR and committee member of the NWT North Nottinghamshire Local Group and was the former BTO Wetland Bird Survey (WeBS) co-ordinator for Nottinghamshire for a period of 10 years.

Please wear clothing and footwear suitable for the weather on the day plus food and water as required. Toilets and cafe facilities are available during usual opening times.

All walks are free of charge but cash donations to Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust are very much welcomed. Donations can be given at the Visitor Centre or paid through our donation page.
